Q: How to start selling?

A: You need to become a Creative United artist seller to start selling. Simply click 'Become CU Artist' link at the top of the page, and provide us with any of your online portfolio URL. If you don't have any, why not register with Creative United Portfolio. Join us and be part of Malaysia'a largest online creative portfolio now! Click here to sign up.

Once approved, you will be notified via email and a new artist management section will appear in the member's menu links.  Click here for more information on how to start selling. 

If you are not an existing member, create an account at by clicking " Sign Up" on the top right hand corner. You can now 'Add to Cart' of your favourite products and Checkout to place order.

Q: How long does it take for my order to be processed?

A: Each product comes uniquely created per order. We'll be able to create your order in 2-5 business days. Then add the extra time for shipping, which depends on your location. Since we're located in Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia, we're super close to all our suppliers and contractors. This means that it's easy and fast to keep stocked, and minimizes the wait time for our customers.

Q: Can I change an order that is already submitted?

A: No. Once ordering is confirmed, our system immediately sent out production request to the production team.

Q: Why did my transaction fail?

A: Don't worry! It happens sometimes. Transaction can be declined for several reasons. Sometimes, you can guess why it was declined from the response code, but only your credit card issuer or financial institution can confirm the specific reason.

The usual culprits are:

  • Incorrect credit card number or expiration date
  • Insufficient funds
  • If you are outside of Malaysia, some credit card companies will reject charges from Malaysia.
  • The customer's bank or credit card company was having technical issues when the order was processed
  • If you made a large number of online purchases within a short period of time, some banks will reject some of the charges as a fraud prevention measure

If your order's rejected, and it happens several times in a row, try pressing “Retry” button again the next day. If there's still no luck, give your financial institution a call.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the item purchased, you may return your purchase to us within 14 days.

All return items must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNIRONED condition. Returns must be posted within seven (7) days of receiving your order along with the RETURN FORM (printed behind invoice posted).

Q: What should I do when I received a defect item/ wrong item/ missing item?

A: For all orders with missing, defect or wrong item, email us at with your order#. You may call us at 03 8686 2242. We will advise accordingly.

Creative United Store aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. Our aim is to have your items shipped to you as fast as possible.

Each item is individually produced for you at the time of purchase and manufacturing will usually take 3-5 days to complete. Completed products will ship directly from the manufacturing facility based in the Cyberjaya, Malaysia.

It typically takes 5-8 days for domestic orders to arrive. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Q: What is the cost for shipping within Malaysia?

A: We provide standard Poslaju shipping on all orders. Tracking number will be emailed to you once posted.

To track your order, please use the tracking ID sent to you in the confirmation email your items have been shipped out. As a precaution, please keep the receipt of the delivered product.

Q: How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?

A: We post all orders made before 1pm, Monday - Friday on the same day via Pos Laju. Pos Laju is a next day delivery service and makes deliveries Monday - Saturday, excluding the first Saturday of every month and local public holidays (Malaysia). Orders made on Friday, after 1pm will only be shipped on Monday. If customers do not receive their order within 3 working days, please contact our customer service department to track your order.

For international orders, we will shipped using PosLaju EMS. PosLaju is Malaysia's Express Mail Service requires within 3 - 5 working days for transit time between airports. Tracking numbers will be provided for both services by email once order has been processed.

Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs charges and taxes, applied by the destination country’s customs office. Your cart will not reflect these duties as they are applied at the time of arrival by the custom’s office that received them, and are not applied or collected by Creative United Store. For more information on import taxes, please contact your local customs office directly.

Customers are advised to check with your local Post Office three (3) working days from the date the parcel leaves Malaysia.

Q: What is transaction fee?

A: A per-transaction fee is an expense a business must pay each time it processes an electronic payment for a customer transaction. For profit markup 20% and below, we absorb the transaction fee under the base price for each product. If you set your profit markup higher than 20%, a 4% transaction fee will be applied to the final price.
